How the FBI “Prebunked” a True Story

Biden Family’s Corruption Before the 2020 election.

In December 2019, the FBI came into possession of Hunter Biden's laptop. The laptop contained damning evidence that directly implicated the Biden family and Joe Biden himself. Specifically, it proved a pattern of influence-peddling, where political access was traded for personal and familial gain involving various international players.

However, instead of revealing this information, or even preparing for a legitimate disclosure, the FBI chose a different route. Over the course of 2020, they embarked on a campaign with Big Tech to ensure the fact the Biden family was corrupt would be buried before it ever came to light.

The FBI, aided by Big Tech companies, successfully suppressed the Hunter Biden laptop story in an effort that ultimately constituted interference in the 2020 presidential election which according to post  election polling changed the outcome.

The timeline of the Hunter Biden laptop story—from its initial acquisition by the FBI to the New York Post's publication of the details, and the ensuing censorship by Big Tech—reveals the depth of coordination that was at play. The FBI's actions went beyond mere incompetence or negligence; it was a preemptive strategy to condition influential social media platforms to dismiss any forthcoming stories about Hunter Biden as Russian disinformation.

This “prebunking” approach—preemptively discrediting real information—ensured that when the truth finally emerged, it was met with skepticism, censorship, and suppression.

The first significant event in this saga occurred in late 2019, when the FBI acquired Hunter Biden's laptop. By this point, the FBI had verified its authenticity—a verification that took place before any public reporting on the laptop’s contents. The laptop, abandoned by Hunter Biden at a Delaware repair shop, contained emails, photos, and documents detailing the Biden family's involvement in foreign business dealings, with the former Vice President allegedly benefiting from these ventures. The laptop was, without a doubt, real, and the FBI knew it.

Despite this knowledge, the FBI took a questionable next step. In early 2020, they began meeting with Big Tech companies, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Microsoft, ostensibly to prepare them for potential Russian disinformation campaigns targeting the upcoming election. During these meetings, the FBI set the narrative. They warned that foreign actors—most notably Russia—might attempt a “hack-and-leak” operation intended to discredit the Biden family. The FBI specified that this operation would likely involve claims about the Biden family's ties to Ukraine—a detail very close to the information that was already present on Hunter Biden's laptop.

These meetings between the FBI and Big Tech were not casual conversations. Over the course of 2020, the FBI held more than 30 such meetings with major social media platforms, consistently hammering home the point about an impending “October Surprise” in the form of leaked information about the Bidens. Not only did this position social media companies to expect an attack, but it also primed them to act as gatekeepers, ready to filter or suppress anything that matched the FBI’s predicted narrative.

The turning point came in October 2020 when the New York Post published its explosive story on the Hunter Biden laptop. The timing—just weeks before the presidential election—made the story incredibly significant. Almost immediately after publication, Big Tech companies took action to limit its spread. Twitter outright banned users from sharing links to the story, even locking accounts that tried, including that of the New York Post itself. Facebook, for its part, suppressed the story's reach on its platform, reducing its visibility to users and ensuring it would not gain traction in the crucial days leading up to the election.

This coordinated suppression did not happen in a vacuum. Internal communications from Facebook reveal that they were acting based on information from the FBI. In one chat, Facebook employees openly discussed how the FBI had warned them about an imminent leak related to Burisma—the Ukrainian energy company with ties to Hunter Biden. These conversations happened only a week before the New York Post story broke. The alignment between what the FBI had “warned” about and what actually happened was notable.

Even more noteworthy are the internal communications from Facebook and Microsoft employees, who acknowledged that the FBI had effectively “tipped them off” about the story. One Microsoft employee noted that the FBI’s warning had specifically mentioned a potential Burisma story, adding that the timing matched exactly with the New York Post release. Such specificity raises serious questions about whether the FBI’s intention was ever about safeguarding the election from disinformation—or if it was about managing the narrative to protect one candidate from a damaging story.

Facebook’s own leadership seemed aware of the stakes. In internal messages, Nick Clegg, Facebook’s Vice President of Global Affairs, admitted that their handling of this issue would influence how a “Biden administration views us”. This kind of political calculation—censoring legitimate news to curry favor with an incoming administration—is the very definition of election interference. The internal cynicism among Facebook's staff was evident: when discussing their suppression of the New York Post story, one employee noted, “The Press is only as good to you as you are bad to Trump.”

The very employees tasked with executing these policies knew the likely impact. They joked about how, when eventually called to testify, they would say that their actions to “influence the 2020 election” had been planned with the U.S. government for years. These jokes were admissions. The censorship was not incidental; it was designed, coordinated, and executed based on direct guidance from the FBI.

The FBI's efforts did not end with Big Tech's suppression of the story. Only days after the New York Post article was published, 51 former intelligence officials released a public statement claiming that the Hunter Biden laptop had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.” This statement, orchestrated by Secretary Antony Blinken while he was an advisor to the Biden campaign, was intended to cast further doubt on the story. The statement provided the final piece of the puzzle: a supposed expert validation that the laptop was part of a foreign disinformation effort, even though it was not. Former Vice President Joe Biden cited this letter in his defense during debates, using it to dismiss the revelations as “Russian disinformation,” even as the FBI knew it was authentic.

In the two years since the 2020 election, the truth has slowly unraveled. Mark Zuckerberg and other Big Tech leaders have admitted that their actions to suppress the New York Post story were influenced directly by the FBI. These admissions come too late. The damage—in the form of suppressed information, manipulated public opinion, and election interference—has already been done. The FBI's preemptive framing of the Hunter Biden story as a Russian plot was a calculated effort to control the narrative and protect a favored candidate.

What happened with Hunter Biden's laptop was just the beginning. Once the Biden regime took office, pressure on Big Tech to censor content only grew. In the months following the inauguration, platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Amazon began receiving explicit demands from the White House to curb speech deemed undesirable by the regime. This included not only political content but also opinions and jokes, signaling an era of broad and pervasive censorship. My own accounts on Twitter and Medium were permanently suspended.

The collaboration between the Biden-Harris regime and Big Tech took many forms, but the roots were planted in 2020 when the FBI orchestrated a plan to “prebunk” an accurate story about Joe Biden's corruption. This prebunking effort weaponized both the media and major technology companies, effectively turning them into tools of state influence. By controlling the flow of information, the FBI ensured that voters would not learn about Hunter Biden’s dealings until it was too late to matter. This not only undermined faith in the institutions that are supposed to ensure fair elections but also demonstrated a significant level of governmental overreach.

Bottom line, the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story in 2020 represents one of the clearest examples of state-sponsored election interference in U.S. history. The FBI had the laptop, verified its authenticity, and instead of allowing the information to reach the public, undertook a campaign to preemptively discredit it. They primed Big Tech to see the story as a foreign attack, and when the New York Post broke the news, Big Tech platforms did what they had been conditioned to do—they censored it. The result was a manipulated election where critical information about one candidate was withheld from the public.

This case is not only about Hunter Biden’s laptop. It is about the relationship between the federal government and the platforms we rely on for information. It is about the deliberate actions taken by those in power to shape what voters know and, ultimately, how they vote. The weaponization of the FBI and Big Tech to “prebunk” a true story speaks to the broader dangers of unchecked government influence over supposedly independent media channels. As the revelations continue to unfold, the American people must demand accountability, transparency, and, most importantly, a commitment to protecting the sanctity of free and fair elections.

Jeffrey Goldberg = Threat to Democracy

Jeffrey Goldberg is an existential threat to journalism which over the years has become more and more laughable. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. The Atlantic October surprise is alive and well. Designed to attack an opponent at their strength and weaken them.

The Democrat line of attack four years ago was the Atlantic's bogus "Suckers a Losers" article that every media outlet ran with and amplified. Considering the closeness of the outcome of the 2020 race it's quite possible this one article cost Trump the election.

The problem is the story was just made up. The four anonymous sources, etc... were fictional. How do I know? It's been four years and not one of the anonymous sources has come forward and claimed credit. On the contrary, the number of people on record saying the story was complete fabrication has grown to over two dozen and we have actual evidence proving the underlying support of the story was false.

Fast forward to the month before the 2024 election and the same "Magazine" and the same " journalist" have struck again.

"The Atlantic" and Jeffrey Goldberg are the epitome of the October surprise. Trump's support of Israel and the Jewish people worldwide is undeniable. His support of our military has been proven. There is little doubt that Mr. Goldberg's headline in 2020 and 2024 are fabricated but it will take years for the media to sort this out which is exactly what the Editor in Chief, Jeffrey Goldberg and the left is counting on.

Will this cost Trump votes?

Absolutely but nothing close to the damage the Suckers and Loser caused. In the recent past if you get caught making up stories or plagiarizing it was the end of your journalistic career. However, in these days of hyper partisan politics as long as the lies help your team you're celebrated. The ends truly justifies the means. It's hard to believe media outlets like NPR are still pushing the "fine people on both sides" Charlottesville lie which only the most laziest media consumer hasn't been able to personally debunk. The actual threat to democracy is publication of stories that are taken as fact but are actually just propaganda. It's hacks like Jeffrey Goldberg and others like him who lack of any sense of honor.

The "fine people on both sides" battle cry is loud and proud. Americans seemingly are slow to learn but they are catching on that NPR, 60 Minutes, The Atlantic, etc... are just mouth pieces of the Left. Those of us on the Right are hopeful that the silenced majority will win the White House, the House and Senate. At least for a few years the media hacks might crawl back under their rocks or better yet actually do as they threaten and pack up and leave the country.

"Perhaps you and I have lived too long with this miracle to properly be appreciative. Freedom is a fragile thing and it's never more than one generation away from extinction. It is not ours by way of inheritance; it must be fought for and defended constantly by each generation, for it comes only once to a people.  And those in world history who have known freedom and then lost it have never known it again." Congress is Broken FY-2025

The Congressional Budget Act of 1974 changed the start of the fiscal year from January 1st to October 1st. Why the change? Ostensibly to give Congress more time to pass the budget.

What has been the result? In the last 50 years Congress has successfully performed it's budgetary responsibilities only four times in a timely manner.

Americans are justifiably concerned our Constitution will eventually become just a bunch of words as useless as as a VCR. I would argue that the House of Representative's Constitutional "power of the purse" requires they submit, from time to time, a budget to the President. Failure to submit a budget on time 46 out of the last 50 years erodes our Constitutional Federal Republic.

I would argue the budget is a core responsibility of the House of Representatives spelled out in the Constitution. Something as important as it gets and Congress continues to blow it off.

PS The other day I was asked what issues in America concern me the most. My response was simple... "The attacks on the 1st and 2nd amendment." The comment I got from the person asking me the question was: "Oh like the attacks on the 3rd Amendment?" I didn't remember that the 3rd Amendment was needed to stop the government from quartering troops in my home. The point? Quartering of troops lives in the dustbin of history... Exactly where the 2nd Amendment belongs.

Ouch!

PPS December 18th, 2024 update. The Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, is seriously considering passing a 1,547 page Continuing Resolution (CR). It will be three times to larger than any previous CR and although technically it's not an Omnibus Bill. I believe it could be categorized as an new form of legislation that is clearly an Albatross. This legislation is one of the classic "We have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it..." Washington D.C. let's go home for Christmas, death to America, screw the future, short sighted, fuck it whatever I don't care, Bills from Hell.

NPR Lies Again - Arlington Trump Ad

"Army says Arlington National Cemetery worker was 'pushed aside' by Trump aides"

I'm so sad I can't get back all the money I've given NPR over the years.

The Charlottesville Hoax still lives on in so many American minds because of NPR and NPR knew that was a lie from the very beginning.

NPR is still pushing the "Suckers and Losers" Atlantic story as if it's gospel. The story that after all these years is still based on four anonymous sources verses the entire Trump administration saying it didn't happen.

"Pushed aside" police report? How easy would it be to have a link to the police report? To show a copy of the report? The Army put out a statement? Let's see it or at hear it?

Real journalism requires integrity especially when it's coming from the left leaning hacks of NPR. NPR's reporting on Republicans, specifically Donald Trump continues to be blatantly biased beyond belief. NPR has been caught lying so many times it's actually expected. Democracy requires truth and factual reporting goes a long way towards providing truth. I say this as I'm looking at a picture of a Joe Biden 2020 official, paid for, TV campaign ad. The picture is Joe, his family and officials at a tombstone in section 60 of Arlington Cemetery. The same section that Trump met with Gold Star Families at their request. That same section 60 that has erupted into TDS outrage.

My first thought, hey maybe that was Beau Biden's grave. Nope Beau Biden died of brain cancer years later (is he in the picture?) and is buried in Delaware. You wouldn't know this if you listened to President Joe Biden who for years has incorrectly said his son Beau died in Iraq

The Vice President visiting his son Beau?

2020 Biden Campaign Ad

PS Hunter Biden hooks up with Beau Biden's widowed wife Hallie Biden... That's not a question that's a fact and it speaks volumes of the "smartest guy I know" comment of Joe Biden. You can learn a lot about a man through his children. I'm encouraging my my left leaning friends to write Joe Biden in for President as a message to the deep state to stop messing with our democratic process.

Rocks, Cows and Walz

It's August 26th and I'm sitting in a pool of sweat getting ready to leave the Minnesota State Fair. It 92 degrees, 97% humidity and the breeze is almost non-existent. I'm exhausted but happy. The Fair this year was really special for me. It was my wife's 1st and my awesome sister-in-law was able to get time off to go. We saw sixteen teams compete in the Draft Horse Supreme Six Horse Hitch Classic, four recently born liters of the absolute cutest little piglets and two teams of professional lumberjacks and lumberjills compete in all things tree.

Sixteen six horse hitches all in the same arena? Ninety-six beautiful well trained horses at the same time... Well actually four teams at a time but in the end they did filled the arena. It was something I'll never see again and will never forget. Turns out the Minnesota State Fair is one of the most competitive fairs in the country drawing horse teams of two, four, six and eight from around the United States and Canada. The competition was incredible and to my wife and I every team looked competitive. We watched closely and picked our winners. By the time it was all over her pick came in third and mine came in 2nd. My pick was from Colorado while her pick was from Oklahoma and driven by the only female driver who happened to be seventeen.

One of my highlights was a flower. It was the most beautiful Dahlia I've ever seen and it won the blue ribbon.

Many of the best things offered at the State fair are free. Touching the soft pink snout of a three day old piglet reminded me of summers on my uncle's farm in Iowa. On this trip I also learned my middle brother was shipped off to spend summers at Grandpa Beemer's in Hampton, Iowa to "hang out" while I was shipped off to my mom's sister in Keystone, Iowa to work on their farm. My uncle Smitty farmed about 1,000 acres and raised on average 900 pigs a year. There was always work to be done and I don't remember having any difficulty falling asleep during those summers.

While shopping and searching for the elusive fried Snicker we walked and walked. It would take a week to really see all that is offered at the Minnesota State Fair. As usual the Democrat Party of Minnesota had a street corner "building" with a dozen or so very interested volunteers milling about. It was fancy, professionally produced and inspiring.

I never did see anything "official" by the Republicans but there was a small booth sponsored by "Action 4 Liberty" that was going after Minnesota's Governor Walz with a passion. What it lacked in funding and pizzazz it made up with humor.

Anyone could walk up and take a spin. If it landed on a tiny red slice "Never Walz" you won a T-shirt. The eight wedges highlight eight things Walz has done or lied about.

- Stolen Valor

- COVID Snitch Line

- Tax Increases

- Burning Minneapolis

- Mask Mandates

- Tampons in Boy's Bathrooms

- Small Biz Crushed

- Child Trans Surgeries

Recently a new scandal has surfaced. Governor Walz has repeatedly said that the Republicans are anti IVF and without IVF he would not have a family.  Making statements that JD Vance is anti IVF and would have prevented him from having a family seemed to cross the line. In reality Mrs. Walz used IUI or Intrauterine Insemination to conceive which is not opposed by any group in the United States.

Yet another little lie... Like giving voters the impression he spent time in Afghanistan (he did go there as a member of Congress) speaks volumes about one's honor. It you will lie about little things the odds are you will lie about things that matter. This is not someone I want a heartbeat away from the Presidency.

Trump was 1/2 Inch Away from a Dirt Nap

Vice President Kamala Harris went from: She's a drag on the ticket, her people are quitting in mass, let's swap her out before the convention to she's the second coming of the Lord Savior.

JD Vance comes on line and he is labeled weird.

Walz comes online and he is middle class Joe... Who just might be replaced because he wasn't fully vetted.

How soon we forget the Dems and the media (one in the same) lied to us about Joe's mental decline for YEARS. The plan to have the earliest debate in history did what those in charge knew it would and we now have Harris on the ticket without a single primary vote.

Democracy?

Joe is too feeble to run for office but sharp enough to run the country?

"Come on man..."

"Life, liberty and... You know the thing..."

The absolute best time to take out President Trump was the day before he declared his Vice President. Trump was 1/2 inch away from a dirt nap and the Secret Service Lead Site Agent in charge hasn't been fired? Turns out this was the 1st Trump rally the Secret Service was responsible for security since Trump left office. I wonder how things would have been different had the locals been in charge?

How weird is that?

2 out of 3 Americans Released were Taken During the Biden Administration

Exchanging three Americans for a Russian FSB hitman, a Russian spy family in Slovenia, Roman Seleznev, a talented Russian computer hacker, Vadim Konoshchenok, a suspected Russian intelligence operative and gifted money launderer, an academic accused of being a Russian spy and a man detained in Poland on espionage charges doesn't seem like a fair swap even if you toss in a few of our allies captives.

Since when is releasing a convicted murderer for a legit New York Times journalist something President Biden should brag about? When "Asked about former President Donald Trump’s comments that he could have secured the American prisoners’ release without giving up anything, Biden replied, “Then why didn’t he do it when he was president?” and then walked away, seemingly unaware that two of the three Americans released were arrested during his term in office, not Trump’s."

"A grinning Dana Bash of CNN called it a “mic drop moment” without clarifying the facts or the timeline of the arrests — something we might once have associated with Russian state media but are now accustomed to seeing here in the U.S."

Was the fact that 2 of the 3 released hostages were snagged during Biden's Administration and innocent corporate media mistake?

My sources made it clear to me the 2017 story that Trump's near removal via the 25th Amendment was a lie.

My sources made it clear Biden was not mentally competent years before June 27th.

My sources made it clear Trump wasn't associated with Putin and not a Russian puppet.

My sources indicated the Russians wanted Hillary as President (that story is still being covered up).

My sources told me Benghazi was a well planned, coordinated attack that the State Department and Administration completely blew before, during and after the attack resulting in four deaths including the Ambassador.

My sources made it clear the laptop was real. For eleven months before the 2020 election the FBI took actions to PREVENT the laptop story from breaking and laid the ground work to suppress the story if it broke. The laptop confirmed what whistleblowers, like Tony Bobulinski had said. Joe Biden was the Big Guy and the Biden Family was running shakedowns of our allies and adversaries.

My sources made the case that Joe Biden was in fact the head of an influence peddling corruption business that laundered their ill gotten gains for decades.

The list of corporate media lies goes on and they all cut the same way making Dems look good and Republicans look bad.

Now we have gone from Vice President Harris nearly being pushed off the 2024 ticket to securing the 2024 Democrat nomination without a single primary vote. We are now being told that Vice President Harris is the female version of JFK and the Republicans are just weird. The full power of  corporate media, combined with social media is manipulating the truth.

Will the Truth about Harris get out before the election? Will "X" be enough? Will she too be swapped out if it looks like she can't beat Trump? Is 92 days enough time to vet our next President?

I don't think so and I'm sorry to report I have friends who will vote for "Kackala" as long as she can fog a mirror because Tump is a existential threat to Democracy!

Inflation, Boarder, National Debt, Balanced Budget, Middle East Peace, WW III, an independent free press ... It's not a long list but the Dems come up woefully short on everything that truly matters!

Doomsday Bunker Baby!

All kidding aside, if someone has the room and resources I fully support a doomsday bunker. The Airstream parked out back seems like a good idea but typically only for mice to survive the winter.

The odds of a societal breakdown last peaked during the Cuban Missile Crisis. At the end of the Cold War (thank you for your service) very few "normal" people were thinking about what if scenarios. Sadly since 2008 very few of my friends aren't discussing "what if" scenarios.

The odds?

I'm still a believer that things for the most part have always seemed "Bad". That the odds life will just continue as is, as long as you and I are alive, are pretty high. Our kids lives? Our kids, kids lives? That's beyond my pay grade.

The world and the U.S. will deal with stuff as it comes along. I look at Japan, Germany, South Korea, Vietnam and I'm blown away how far those countries have come since their wars and total collapse of society.

My takeaway... Nothing stays bad forever unless it does aka North Korea, Cuba, Haiti, etc... No doubt we are living in interesting times.

That said:

I'm playing the cards I'm dealt. If the stock market tanks and doesn't come back, that means the country has failed. The United States of America isn't the federal, state or local governments. It's the thousands of businesses, massive to small, that make things work. Businesses that are forced to compete have changed the world mostly for the better which some falsely argue isn't true because they have no clue. The businesses that are not forced to compete have changed the world mostly for the worse. That would include most governments.

Takeaway, if the U.S. stock market collapses and does not rebound money will not be worth anything as hyper inflation will quickly destroy all savings. The law of supply and demand is a bitch and she will force everyone to their knees at some point.

So many basic things to think about and it's easy to go down a rabbit hole with your freeze dried food, guns, bullets and toilet paper. As friends have argued the need to prep, FEMA has quietly gone from recommending being independent for three days after a "disaster" to being independent for seven. I'm at two months with only winter as something I'm still trying to figure out.

The bottom line? The 30% increase in costs over the last three years has clearly hurt low income and fixed income Americans. It has caused great concern to those who have saved their entire lives. However, everyday life in America is still pretty awesome. We have to remind ourselves just how lucky we are to live with 333+ million people who for the most part are all agreeable. It's crazy that nearly all Americans concur with our fundamental founding principles and what's truly important in life. The bourgeoisie battle cry of diversity of everything but thought will one day fade away and be replaced by something else.

It's true that America is blessed. We have an overly friendly neighbor to the North who's biggest offenses are slant drilling for oil under our shared boarder and harvesting large lobsters. To the South, we have a wonderful "semioutofcontrol" country that routinely kills it's politicians. For example during the 2024 election cycle 37+ Mexican politicians seeking office where killed. How is that not a story?

We have vast oceans protecting our East and West coasts. Enough farm land to feed the world and more natural resources than any country on the planet. No doubt the United States is uniquely blessed.

However, I believe American's greatest  strength comes from being built by people who left their place of birth, and their ancestors to seek opportunity and freedom. We are a country created by those who didn't want to settle for the status quo. We are a country built by people who risked everything. American was built upon the backs of those that could get things done. America's fundamental core philosophy may just be meritocracy overrides everything. Meritocracy is what we should celebrate not innate qualities that we a born with that can't be controlled.

Should we be building doomsday bunkers? Maybe, but I would suggest that we take steps to be self sufficient for two months and then get down to work needed to ensure that one day we don't wake up to country that nothing works.

This table shows the max income that is subject to FICA taxes. At the turn of the century any income over $76,200 wasn't subject to social security taxation. Today that cap is $160,200 and will continue to grow with inflation... Don't listen to the narrative. Inflation is very real!

Trump Indicted Again?

U.S. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg charged Trump with 34 felonies of "Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree". Why didn't the Justice Department, the IRS or the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) prosecute Trump?

New York State Attorney General Letitia James files a civil suit on behalf of banks who where defrauded by Donald Trump overstating the value of his business assets. Why didn't the banks involved file suit or join the prosecution?

Georgia Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis Charges Trump and others with creating a "criminal racketeering enterprise", in which Trump and other defendants "knowingly and willfully joined a conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome" of the 2020 U.S. presidential election in Georgia. Why wasn't this case dropped after the actual phone call became public and the Washington Post retracted their inflammatory story?

There are two full blown Justice Department "investigations/prosecutions" underway by Jack Smith for January 6th and the classified documents at Mar-a-Lago. With the release of the January 6th footage and the discovery of President Biden's classified documents in three locations from his time as Senator and Vice President the justification to prosecute Trump become Kabuki Theater on crack.

Alvin Bragg is a big guy but he's just one of sixty-two District Attorney's in the State of New York. Both Alvin Bragg and Letitia James promised their Trump hating voters they would prosecute Donald Trump. When you run for office promising to prosecute someone that's a promise you need to keep and "well, son of a bitch" they both kept their promise.

The Big Flaws in Bragg's prosecution:

- It was a campaign promise

- It exceeded the statue of limitations

- Falsifying business records is not a felony

- It's not illegal to pay for someone's silence

- The proper jurisdiction is the FEC and the FEC reviewed and passed on the case

- The Department of Justice also passed on the case

I don't know what is going to happen but many legal minds have repeatedly stated if you're going to prosecute a former President of the United States the case needs to be absolutely airtight. The odds that the FEC and DOJ passed on an airtight case are slim to none. Thinking that District Attorney Alvin Bragg has managed to cobble together an air tight cased when the FEC, DOJ and Attorney General of New York failed is not believable.

What about the New York State Attorney General Letitia James civil lawsuit? For starters it's a civil lawsuit on behalf of banks that didn't miss a single loan payment and have no grounds to sue. Can government file a civil lawsuit? Sure but filing a lawsuit for a victimless crime involving a former president and the likely Republican candidate for President seems a tad much. Note - That was sarcasm.

What about the Georgia Fulton County election manipulation case? After obtaining a recording of the phone call the Washington Post "retracted" their story but Fulton County continues?

Finally, the release of an additional 44,000 hours of Capital Hill video and the FBI's actions and leaks before, during and after the Mar-a-Lago raid call into question so many things.

Will Trump be found guilty of these charges? Absolutely... My guess is 100% guilty on all charges. Our country is broken and my personal opinion it's going to take someone like Vivek Ramaswammy or Trump to take down the permanent bureaucracy. However, Mark Zuckerberg and "Zuckbucks" likely ended that possibility but stranger things have happened.

PS Special Counsel Jack Smith has a checkered past when it comes to political prosecutions. The Obama Justice Department tapped Jack Smith to prosecute Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell, the up-and-coming Republican rock star and potential Vice President pick of Mitt Romney. Smith offered McDonnell a plea agreement that Bob refused and he was found guilty on 11 corruption charges, innocent of the plea agreement charge and sentenced to two years in prison. A year later SCOTUS unanimously overruled and remanded the case back to the lower court. What else will Jack Smith get wrong this time? Understanding the very concept of free speech and his oath of office prevents him from prosecuting cases he knows are bogus.

We have to Protect Democracy?

Breaking of social norms...

The firing of Ronna McDaniel, the niece of Senator Mitt Romney:

"Our initial decision was because of our deep commitment to presenting our audience with a widely diverse set of viewpoints and experiences, particularly during these consequential times," Mr Conde's statement to the employees of NBC

So that's the official statement after hiring and then immediately firing someone who the "Right" barely claims as one of their own. Yet another example of the break down of social norms.

There are so many examples:

Trump is the death of Democracy. He must not be allowed on the ballot!

RFK Jr. will be the death of democracy! Hundreds of Biden paid lawyers will work diligently to keep him off the ballot.

Sasha Stone Explains

10 million illegal boarder crossings in one Presidential term can't be justified or ignored.

Draining the strategic oil reserve to reduce gas prices before the midterm elections is not why we maintain a strategic oil reserve.

Leaving Afghanistan without a plan or coordinating with our allies ended badly.

Paying people not to work and expecting them to go back to work was dumb.

Dumping money into the economy and not thinking it would be inflationary has to be one of the worst economic blunders in modern economic history.

The Biden Administration will be responsible for adding 8.5 trillion to the national debt by the end of his 1st term. The National debt is projected to reach 35.5 trillion. For years the "Smart People" said as long as the National Debt doesn't exceeding Gross Domestic Product we will be fine. Well Son of a Bitch that economic concept died quietly in 2013!

The National Debt interest payment in 2023 was $624,000,000,000 or about $2,000 per person per year.
