I didn't know you're technically not a convicted felon until you are sentenced.
I didn't know you can't appeal your conviction until you are sentenced.
Can you imagine a logical reason why the Judge in Trump's hush money case delayed sentencing? There is a chance the Judge will dismiss the entire case and the MSM will continue to call Trump a convicted felon. There is also a chance the Judge will indefinitely defer sentencing or schedule sentencing for January 2029!
The hush money case against Trump:
Book keeping entries paid and recorded AFTER the 2016 election. Each invoice, each payment and the final account statement charged as a separate crime. All paid with Trump's own money. All recorded as "legal expenses". Every check made out to his "lawyer" Michael Cohen. I guess the State of NY wanted these hush money payments (NDA fees) recorded as "Payments to hooker to keep quiet?".
Everyone seemingly knows this case was charged well after the statute of limitations but for some reason that's not important. You keep hearing that "No one is above the law". Well actually every Prosecutor, Senator, Congressman and Judge is technically above the law. They must 1st be impeached and then prosecuted. Sound familiar?
These statue limited misdemeanor book entries charges were turned into felonies by a process called... If you still don't understand how that happened don't feel bad neither do I and I'm going to guess only three members of the Supreme Court will be able to justify this BS.
Saying this isn't law fare is absolutely nuts. The fact the #3 person at the DOJ, Matthew Colangelo, quit the DOJ, a job he worked his life to obtain, to take up a historically flawed case in Manhattan speaks volumes.

Trump won the 2024 election but unlike many of my friends on the right I acknowledge the nation is still 50/50. However, Trump did gain huge ground in NY, specifically NY City. How? Well it turns out many people when they actually get the facts can see the truth.
I'm sorry, but yes I'm still as happy as a Disney World alligator with a infant in his jaws. That said, I'm seriously concerned about being shot in the head!
Four more years might be more like 12 or 24 if the GOP can reduce the size of government, drain the swamp and actually clean up the voter roles. That's a tall order and something more than half the country wants. Something I've heard my whole life but for the first time in my life I have three reasons to hope.

PS Pete Hegseth as Defense Secretary? I met Pete at my brother's restaurant the Oasis Cafe in Stillwater Minnesota. Nice guy but still I question the picks lack of management skills. Time will tell. Could it Pete be any worse than than the current Secretary of Defense?
